This
can happen at the connection between the wand
and nozzle, gun and hose and between the
hose and pressure washer.
Most often the problem is the o-ring in the
coupler side of the standard quick connector or the nipple side of the M22
screw type quick connector. These o-rings quite often get blown out of
the connector when water is pushed thorough without the other side of the
nozzle being connected, either on a gun or nozzle.
They can also simply
wear out. They are easy to replace but you may need a pick tool to pull
the old o-ring out.
