Low Pressure Worn or incorrect nozzle
Unloader is by-passing
Insufficient inlet supply
Vibration in pressure hose
Plunger(s) broken, or worn
Belt slippage
Water leakage from bottom of pump or pressure hoses and fittings
Water spraying out in all direction around the spray tip 
 
RPM on motor is too low
