These instructions are intentionally basic. We provide this information hoping they will assist you to get your hot water machine going. Servicing a hot water pressure washer can be very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. If you are not trained beyond these basic procedures seek professional help.

Fuel pump malfunction

Check fuel pressure, filter, fuel lines. Replace fuel pump and/or nozzle.

Fuel is sprayed into the burner under pressure through a spray nozzle. If the fuel pump is not working up to the designed pressure of your machine it will not fire properly and give you no heat, or sporadic heat.

In a faulty pump condition you should see little no black smoke, provided the igniters are working properly.

Fuel pressure should be checked with a gauge and adjusted to manufacturers specifications.

All functions of the fuel circuit should be checked. Low fuel, plugged lines or filters or a faulty pump will all cause the same symptoms, provided the igniters are working properly.
